Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Federal Public Service – Politique sur la vaccination contre la COVID-19 au sein de la fonction publique fédérale
This victim impact statement is to be written to convey the detailed accounts of how individuals are being victimized as a direct result of the Federal Public Service COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. The statement will be used to show how the policy, its implementation, and associated rhetoric/harassment has had on the mental and physical health of the victims (employees) of this policy and their families.
Statements will be compiled and sent to Mental Health Ombudsman’s, EOAP/EAP, and Occupational Health and Safety.
When writing your letter:

In closing, write your detailed opinion outlining what you believe to be an appropriate resolution to this policy, and a brief summary of the effects it has had on your mental health to date.

We would like to ask for volunteers from this group, so that we can make a video compilation of members’ experiences to be used for public education. Whether your statement will be read by a member of our admin team or by yourself is completely your choice if you are willing to participate.
Cette déclaration de la victime doit être rédigée pour rendre compte en détails de la façon dont les personnes sont directement victimes de la politique de vaccination contre la COVID-19 à l’échelle de la fonction publique fédérale.

1. Filing an individual grievance based on your situation you must read your collective agreement to find the timelines for your individual grievances. If it states 25 business days the deadline to file this specific individual grievance based on the unilateral changes to the terms and conditions of your employment is Friday November 12th, if your policy was announced October 6th.
2. Fill out INDIVIDUAL GRIEVANCE PRESENTATION (PSLRA s. 208)
Section 2: Must be filed out by union rep if they support you, if the union rep is not willing to support leave blank for individual grievance.
Section 3: Must be filed out by you or legal rep for individual grievance.

3. Fill out GRIEVANCE TRANSMITTAL FORM
Section 2: Must be filled out by you for individual grievance.
Section 3: Must be filed out by union rep if they support you, if the union rep is not willing to support leave blank for individual grievance.
4. Submit to your union rep and request that they support you with filing the grievance, if they do not reply do not wait, the deadline is still Nov 12th if your collective agreement states 25 days.
5. Submit to your level 1 supervisor if your not supported by your union.
