Since 2021 we have spearheaded many important initiatives. Including filing legal action against our government for infringing upon our Right to Associate, beating the motion to dismiss and now we are headed to the Federal Court of Appeals to defence that decision. This case is not only important to Federal Public Servants, but all unionized Canadian’s who depend on their right to collective bargain any new terms and conditions added to their employment contracts.
