FedsForFreedom Donor Appreciation Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is organized by FedsForFreedom, a registered Canadian not-for-profit organization.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, directors, and immediate family members of FedsForFreedom are not eligible.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

  1. Donation Entry: Every $10 donation made to the FedsForFreedom Legal Fund will receive one (1) bonus entry into the giveaway. Example: $50 = 5 entries.
  2. No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a donation, mail a legibly handwritten entry including your full name, address, phone number, and email address to:

Each mailed entry will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Limit one (1) mailed entry per envelope.

4. Prize

  • One (1) Prize: A 7-night stay at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
  • Dates: February 21, 2026 – February 28, 2026.
  • Prize Value: $1,500 USD (accommodations only). Travel and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

5. Draw & Winner Selection

  • Entry Deadline: December 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (AST).
  • Draw Date: December 31, 2025 (New Year’s Eve).
  • Winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • The selected winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity & Consent

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their name and general location may be announced by FedsForFreedom in connection with this giveaway.

7. Legal

This is a free appreciation giveaway. Donations are voluntary and not required to enter. This giveaway is not a lottery or raffle and complies with applicable Canadian promotional contest laws.
